Counselling

Counselling: Welcome

Counselling can be beneficial for so many people in so many different ways. If you have been feeling sad for a long period of time, are struggling with a big event that has happened in your life or you need help to manage your stress and emotions, counselling can help. Counselling allows you to discuss any problems you may face with a neutral party who is only concerned with your wellbeing.
This maybe in individual counselling or couples counselling.
The challenges of life can impact relationships irreparably if not managed. There are many ways in which a relationship can be improved with counselling.
If you are unsure whether counselling is right for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation which will allow you to see if counselling is right for you and if I am the right counsellor for you.

After our initial consultation, I will send you a contract detailing all of my policies, requirements and expectations of our sessions. All counselling sessions will be held in accordance with the  National Counselling And Psychotherapy Society Code of Ethics and GDPR and confidentiality laws will be followed. Each person is different with different needs and concerns therefore each session is tailored to each individual person I see. Amongst others I am able to provide support on the following issues:
